another issue is that we have raise the
shipment charges by 50 cents each as the new postage rate has been raise due to the past oil crisis
for THE PG mall spree that just end not long ago,
we have been paying for the extra charges that was incur for the air freight.
THUS as we couldn't help to pay for that any more , we have come to the conclusion that we will pass down the charges to the buyer.
sorry for any inconvenience that has caused anyone of you.
MEET UP FEE has been revised.
if your nearest train station to yishun is:
<11, the meet up fee is $2.00/= (eg. Woodlands, Bishan)
<16, the meet up fee is $2.50/= (eg. Chinese garden , Clemeti, dobhy ghuat )
<21, the meet up fee is $3.00/= (eg. Bedok)
>20 or fall in to the purple line (eg.puggol to habourfront) , the meet up fee is $3.50/=
IF you would like us to meet you at the nearest LRT station, you would need to foot another $1.00/= on top on the counting to the LRT-MRT interchange.
FYI: please tell us your nearest Mrt/LRT station* is @ and for all the order form, we will make it a point to collect all the meet up fee first and we will deem whether is it cheaper to post it to you or meet you.
if postage is cheaper, we will refund the excess money back to you. however if buyer insist on postage, we will duly do it too.

LASTLY,
i would like to emphasis that whatever order or changes to the order , please send it directly to
kelliu.sy@gmail.com as that is the official record of the transaction and if the error is made by us we would make the correction as soon as we could even if it mean that i have to fly over to get from the supplier.
HOWEVER if the error is made by the BUYER, we would just deal with it. and if the seller description of the item is wrong, we would counter check for it BUT we are at no liability to EXCHANGE for you FROM our own pocket as we deem that it is only fair.
WE WILL DEAL ON CASE BY CASE BASIS thus email us or contact us to check with us.
